FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to surgery and urology. Lower pole and an anterior surface of the upper pole of the kidney are mobilized openly or laparoscopically from the involved side. Fibrous capsule of the kidney is notched as shown in Fig. 1. Incision is made in a projection of the XII rib, 5-mm trocar is inserted through it above the rib in the direction of the upper pole of the kidney and, using the notches, a subcapsular tunnel is made from the near notch to the far, stiletto is replaced with an endoclamp, which grips the end of the fixing tape, stretching the tape, leaving a piece of tape at the far notch, which is fixed to the capsule. Trocar is removed, the outer end of the tape is fixed with a clamp, the trocar is again inserted above the rib in the direction of the lower pole, and a subcapsular tunnel is made with the trocar from the near to the far notch along the anterior surface, as shown in Fig. 1. Stiletto is removed and replaced with an endoclamp. End of the second tape is gripped by the clamp and pulled out. Trocar is inserted under the XII rib in the direction of the posterior surface of the inferior pole of the kidney. Subcapsular tunnel is made from the near to the far notch along the posterior surface, and the stylet is removed and replaced with an endoclamp. Second end of the second tape is grasped, pulled out, fixed with a clamp, the kidney is displaced laterally, the ends of the tapes are tightened, the kidney is fixed in an anatomical position, the ends of the tapes are sutured around the XII rib.

EFFECT: method provides strong fixation of kidney and rectilinear arrangement of vessels and ureter.
