FIELD: medicine, gynecology, reproductology. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with extracorporal fertilization (ECF) and embryo transfer (ET) programs. During follicular puncture it is suggested to conduct a separate aspiration of preovulatory oocytes and follicular liquid from right and left ovaries to determine there the activity of proteolytic enzymes - acid peptide-hydrolases, and embryo transfer into uterine cavity should be performed onto endometrial side being ipsilateral to that ovary where activity of peptide-hydrolases exceeds the corresponding value of another ovary by 20 mg/ml/h, or more.
