SUBSTANCE: superovulation is stimulated, follicles are punctured, oocytesare selected from the follicular fluid and fertilized, embryo are cultured and 1-2 embryo are transferred to the uterine cavity. At that, on 6-8 day of the stimulated cycle, endometrium thickness is determined and at thickness less than 5 mm linear endometrial incisions are performed ensuring preservation of its basal layer, extending from the internal os to the boundary between the body and the uterus bottom.
