FIELD: dry gas cleaning. SUBSTANCE: swirl deduster includes body, inlet pipes for primary and secondary flows of gas to be cleaned, axial exhaust pipe of cleaned gas, bin, swirler, deflecting device in the form of truncated cone whose small base faces upward and is accommodated inside body, dust discharge hole. Inlet pipe of primary flow of gas under cleaning is flat and tangential. Located at inlet of secondary flow branch pipe is the first swirler, and at the end, the second swirler. Both swirlers are agreed in swirling and made spiral and vane-type, respectively. In addition, swirl deduster additionally has a separating shell installed in body lower part, movable disc installed under deflecting device to provide for internal recirculation and rod regulating disc position. Large base of deflecting device truncated cone is located in bin, and small base is installed in spaced relation to inlet pipe of secondary flow. EFFECT: higher dedusting efficiency and reliability. 6 dwg
