FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: system includes gas supply pipelines, first and second vortex dust arresters with opposite vortex flows, two exhaust fans to remove cleaned gas from each dust arrester separately, separators-concentrators for cleaned gas supply to dust arresters by two flows: with higher dust concentration - to top tangential input of secondary flow; with lower dust concentration - to bottom axial entry of primary flow. The dust arresters in the cleaning system are arranged in series, at that the second dust arrester has lesser dimensions and capacity. In the axial output branch of the cleaned gas of the first dust arrester an axial cylindrical separating branch is installed, it ensures separation of removed cleaned gas to axial dedusted part 0.75-0.80 of total flow, removed by additionally installed exhaust fan of the first dust arrester to atmosphere, and peripheral with maximum concentration of fine dust particle 0.25-0.20 of total flow, supplied for cleaning to the second dust arrester. The separators-concentrators are installed upstream the both dust arresters.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption for dust catching, and increased efficiency of dust cleaning of removed gases.
