FIELD: transport engineering; road-building machines with hydrostatic drives. SUBSTANCE: proposed control system has speed and direction control handle connected by tie-rods, levers and damping mechanism with unit of drive reversible hydraulic pump, and short-time speed reduction mechanism. System is furnished with shaft with two single-arm levers and one double-arm lever. Short-time speed reduction mechanism is made form of pedal acting through tie-rod onto pressure lever for alternate engagement with arms of double-arm lever. Single-arm levers are hinge coupled, respectively, with damping mechanism and tie-rod acting onto reversible hydraulic control unit. EFFECT: facilitated control of vehicle, provision of short-time reduction of speed by pressing on additional pedal and restoration of speed by releasing the pedal. 5 dwg
