FIELD: diving equipment; manufacture of surface and underwater transport facilities for carrying the crew in light diving outfit and payload to area where diving work is to be performed. SUBSTANCE: proposed transport facility has hull with bottom and crew compartment which is provided with at least two openings for escape and entry of crew. Proposed transport facility is also provided with power plant equipped with at least one engine, air system, ballast system and control system. Transport facility is additionally provided with buoyancy system when running in surface position and mechanism for vertical motion of engines. Bottom has form of bottom surface transport facility; buoyancy control system includes at least one air tank located in bottom. This tank is connected with air system through at least one air supply unit and at least one air escape unit. Air tank has at least one hole for intake of air and discharge of sea water. EFFECT: improved service characteristics; increased cruising range and speed in submersed and surface conditions; enhanced economical efficiency. 27 cl, 12 dwg
