FIELD: construction physics, designed for regulation of dew point position inside external enclosure structure of buildings, mainly, wall enclosures; applicable in construction engineering, in modernization of buildings and structures. SUBSTANCE: method consists in performance of design measures on wall internal surface resulting in increase of their resistance to heat conduction, placing on wall emclosure local zone surface of plate from material with high heat capacity. Plate is connected with heat pipes with one-way transmission of heat energy, and placed into specially prepared sockets in wall with a diameter equaling that of heat pipes. Said sockets are made inclined to horizontal plane with depth determined by heat engineering calculation. Claimed method makes it possible to change character of heat transfer processes in local zones of wall enclosure for shifting dew point to external surface of walls without increase of their thickness. Use of claimed method results in shifting of front of positive temperatures from wall internal surface to external one due to transfer of heat energy from room inside to depth of wall with the help of heat pipes featuring one-way heat conductance. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 3 dwg, 1 ex
