FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: main point in establishment of numerical values of heat exchange intensity lies in measurement and registration of pulse of energy supplied to working body and dissipated into environment from cylindrical working surface of device equipped with controllable system ensuring and checking heat condition including supply and distribution of water to imitate sweat separation. In process of testing there is used heat exchange condition between working surface and environment close to stationary ( quasi-stationary ) condition. EFFECT: generation of numerical values of sum or several components of heat exchange acting simultaneously and depending on thermophysical properties of materials, geometric parameters of element of clothes, meteorological factors of environment, temperature and optical characteristics of various surfaces being in thermal interaction with considered system. 1 cl, 1 dwg
