SUBSTANCE: proposed device consists of heating surface with flat screw cutting with two-three start variable section, enthalpy and guard grooves, and enclosing housing provided with turnable angle pieces. According to other design version, heating surface of enthalpy device has vertical inclined ribs, and air sucked in through lower ribs washes the ribs, gets swirled and directed to discharge.
