FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed invention serves for preparing and delivering fuel mixture into internal combustion engine. Mixing device is arranged between carburetor and intake manifold being made in form of housing whose height is not less than half the diameter of behind-the -throttle channel of carburetor. Inner space of housing from carburetor side has constant oval or polygonal cross section in direction of fuel mixture flow. Section smoothly changes into circumference at side of intake manifold. Maximum and minimum diameters of cross section from side of carburetor exceed diameter of carburetor behind-the-throttle channel. Diameter of circumference is equal to diameter of carburetor behind-the-throttle channel. EFFECT: improved efficiency of device by increasing volume of its inner space. 1 dwg
