FIELD: mechanical engineering; threaded joints intended for protracted working under vibrations. SUBSTANCE: self-locking threaded joint has threaded rod, two nuts: main and auxiliary. Threaded rod has two threads of similar direction: main and additional on which respective nuts are screwed; pitch of auxiliary thread is lesser than that of main thread. Auxiliary thread is provided at end of threaded rod. Body of main nut has inner cavity and longitudinal guides on which auxiliary nut is movable fitted. Body is provided with flexible member whose one end is engageable with body of main nut and other end is engageable with auxiliary nut when threaded joint is in working locked state.
