FIELD: operation of transmission pipe lines subjected to criminal withdrawal of transmission products. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has unit movable on rollers which carries electronic units, covered distance sensor and sensor showing holes made in pipe line; this sensor is made in form of ring consisting of insulated elements with electrode secured on each of them; said electrode is connected via resistor with common high- frequency voltage generator and threshold device connected through OR gate with pulse counter whose counting input is connected to covered distance sensor provided with internal magnet ensuring its swinging over wall of pipe line without sliding. EFFECT: reduced expenses for location of points of unauthorized withdrawal of products from pipe line. 3 dwg
