METHOD OF FLOW LOCATION OF PIPELINE AND UNAUTHORISED BREAKOUTS IN PIPELINE AND DEVICE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC F17D5/02

Abstract RU 2379579 C1

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: in method of flaw location of pipeline and unauthorised breakouts into pipeline, including measurement of magnetic induction over pipeline with simultaneous motion of sensor lengthwise pipeline, broad fault localisation, unearthing of pipe with following visual inspection and contact diagnostics, it is measured only vertical component of magnetic-field vector, measurements are implemented uninterruptedly during the sensor movement process, there are traced significant, more than 10%, changing of module of vertical component of magnetic-field vector, over area of significant change of magnetic induction it is implemented repeated traversal of sensor. In device for flaw location of pipeline and unauthorised breakouts into pipeline, containing casing with electronic module, the latter contains antenna with upright located flux-gate sensor on gimbal suspension, coupling cable, microcontroller, output buffer stage, programmable divider, voltage follower, input amplifier, multiplicator of frequencies, low-pass filter, logarithmic amplifier, narrow band filter, rectifier - integrating element, liquid crystal display, herewith signal winding is connected through input amplifier to multiplicator of frequencies, which is connected to low-pass filter, connected through logarithmic amplifier to narrow band filter, output of which in turn through rectifier - integrating element Is connected to microcontroller.

EFFECT: method simplification, its reduction in price ensured by reduction of expenditures for equipment and rising of significance of examination results.
