FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining erythrocyte resistance to peroxidation hemolysis initiated by ferrous iron and autoblood hemolysate in women beginning from the sixteenth week of pregnancy period. Erythrocyte resistance time is less than 150 s 2-4 weeks before clinical gestosis manifestations like arterial hypertension, proteinuria and edemas become visible. The value being greater than 150 s, pregnancy gestosis is predicted not to take place. EFFECT: high accuracy and simplicity of prognosis method.
