FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for diagnosing severe preeclampsia in pregnant women. Method involves the peripheral venous immunoassay during 22-37 weeks of pregnancy. There is determined a relative content of CD62L + cells in the population of neutrophils and if its value is equal to or less than 57 %, severe preeclampsia is diagnosed.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables diagnosing of preeclampsia regardless of presence in a woman of chronic arterial hypertension.
