FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: cell culture is produced from anterior brain tissue taken at the first trimester of pregnancy from abortive human embryos or from periventricular brain tissue of abortive human fetuses during 15-20 weeks of gestation. Biotransplant has the truncal cells selectively separated and reproduced to the number of 107-109 of pluripotent undifferentiated cells with neurospheres. To prepare the biotransplant, human embryo brain tissues are suspended and cultured in media containing no serum with growth factors being added and multiple medium substitution.
