SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Claimed is an in vitro method of obtaining neural stem cells (NSC), which includes obtaining somatic cells, selected from the group of fibroblasts, keratinocytes or adipocytes and reprogramming of the said somatic cells into NSC by means of the introduction of at least two genes, Bmi1 and Sox2, into the said somatic cells; and cultivation of the said somatic cells in a nutrient medium, which contains growth factors, selected from the group FGF2, EGF and BDNF and a small molecule ROCK inhibitor.
EFFECT: the application of the neural stem cells as a model of CNS diseases in vitro, therapeutic composition and biobank for application in regenerative medicine are claimed.
