SUBSTANCE: the suggested biotransplant is being the suspension of chondroprogenitor cells obtained out of hyaline cartilage of human embryos of 1st -2nd trimester of pregnancy, due to mechanical and fermentative disaggregation followed by cultivating cellular suspension upon selective culture medium in the presence of embryonic bovine serum being homogenous cell culture at the content of aggrecane- and collagen II-expressing cells being 80%, not less and viable cell - 90%, not less to be applied for treating degenerative and traumatic diseases of motor system at no undesirable side effects.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
