FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention lies in substantial gain in time in detection of high-speed targets in circular zone and in increased precision of tracking of trajectory and flight speed of target. In contrast to known radar proposed system is supplemented with second antenna which is spun in circular zone in azimuth by shaft of helicopter main rotor, second circulator, second signal transmitter, second receiver and signal switch. This antenna spins in step with rotation of helicopter main rotor completing several revolutions per second. In this case switch controlled by data processor is connected by priority to output of second receiver securing target detection. First antenna is employed to define coordinates of detected targets more exactly operating in sector scan chosen in correspondence with coordinates and speed of detected target. EFFECT: substantial gain in time in detection of high-speed targets. 3 dwg
