FIELD: dairy industry. SUBSTANCE: product enriched with calcium not forming residue, in fact, contains enriched quantity of calcium in the form of complex including calcium, hydrolyzed polysaccharide and acid. Complex content is from 0.05 to 5 wt.% in terms of product weight. The product may be in the form of confectionery product, ice-cream or drink. Used as hydrolyzed polysaccharide is hydrolyzed pectin, preferably with degree of polymerization from 1 to 25 dimethoxylated for not more 50%. Method of preparing claimed product involves mixing of skimmed milk with enriched quantity of calcium which is introduced in the form of complex.
