FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves building fibrous canal in the fifth or sixth hepatic segment after performing transcutaneous trans hepatic cholangiostomy. Fibrous canal is selected between diaphragm and liver. Draining tube is introduced into the biliary tree through the canal. Anastomosis is built between the selected small intestine loop and fibrous canal cut near the liver surface on the mentioned draining tube. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications. 4 dwg
