FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for biliodigestive bypass surgery in patients with high location of biliary tract neoplasm of tumour etiology. External drainage of biliary tract and external drainage of jejunum are installed. External ends of drainages are connected with tap-adaptor with meter. Necessary portion discharge of blood from cholangiostoma into jejunostoma is regulated by directing excess of bile into external measuring cup. Day volume of bile, discharged from cholangiostoma into jejunostoma and directed into external measuring cup is determined. Pressure in biliary tract is measured. When discharge of bile and pressure in biliry tract is achieved, as well as when clinical-laboratory parameters achieve their norms, tap-adaptor with meter is left in open state for bile flow only indirection from cholangiostoma to jejunostoma, ensuring return of bile into organism.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of complications associated with performance of operation, improve patients' life quality.
