SUBSTANCE: being of cytotoxic action upon HIV-infected cells the suggested immunotoxin is a chemical conjugate of a toxin, such as gelonin, ricin, arabin and other antiviral proteins, with a monoclonal antibody against reverse HIV-virus transcriptase. For conjugation one should use compounds forming cross- sectional joints, for example, alpha-iminothiolane- hydrochloride, methyl-3-mercaptopropionimidate and others. Immunotoxin is used for preparing pharmaceutical composition of cytotoxic action upon HIV-infected cells. The latter is used in treating AIDS- and HIV-infected patients.
