FIELD: biotechnology, genetic engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bioengineering product used for control of fire ants and to method for preparing this product. Method involves the use of procedures of immunological and genetic engineering for the development of monoclonal antibodies mAb and viruses (phages) that elicit scFv fragments of heavy and/or light chain of Ig and exhibiting high degree of avidity in specific binding with middle intestine microfilament cells of mother of imported fire ants. Specific monoclonal antibodies and phages eliciting Fab fragments of antibodies bind with toxins for target delivery and damage of imported fire ant mothers and kill them but they do not affect the natural species.
