SUBSTANCE: method of decrease of IgM-antibody secretion from lymphocytes involves contact of lymphocytes with cytocidal effective amount of conjugate based on anti-IgM-antibody. Conjugate has cytotoxic agent gelonin bound with monoclonal antibody which interacts selectively with IgM-antibody or hybridoma cells producing IgM-antibody but does not interact with IgG1- and IgG2-antibody and relates to G-isotype.
