FIELD: oil pollution elimination. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil- oxidizing bacteria-based control means for oil impurities in ground, especially for oil impurities with high concentration of high-condensed aromatic hydrocarbons in presence of heavy metal salts. Aqueous suspension of biological preparation is prepared with concentration 0.5 to 10.0 g/l and biological titer between 1×10⁸ and 1×10¹² col/ml. After that, oil-oxidizing microorganisms are activated by bubbling suspension for 1.5-2.5 h with air on the basis of 3-5 cu.m air per 1 cu.m suspension. The following consortium of oil-oxidizing microorganisms is used: Pseudomonas putida PI Ko-1, Pseudomonas fluorescens PI- 896, Micrococcus sp. PI Ku-1, Burkholderia caryophylli Jap-3, Serratia odorifera Jap-1, 3-12 wt.% each. Preparation suspension is introduced into ground simultaneously with "Rizotorfin" used in amounts 30-120 g/sq.m.
