FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology and is a method for cleaning environmental objects from pollution by oil and oil products, involving the introduction into a contaminated environment of a suspension of a biological product containing sterile peat with mineral additives at a ratio of cultural fluid and peat 1:(5-6), oil-oxidizing microorganisms Pseudomonas putida PI Ko-1 and Micrococcus sp. PI Ku-1, at the same time, an aqueous suspension of the biological product is prepared at a concentration of 0.5-10.0 g/l with a titer of 1⋅108-1⋅1011 cells/ml, after which oil-oxidizing microorganisms are activated by bubbling the aqueous suspension of the biological product with air at a flow rate of 3-5 m3 per 1 m3 of suspension for 1.5-2.5 hours, characterized in that mineral fertilizers Aquarin-11 are used as a mineral additive in the amount of 5 g per 1 kg of peat preparative form, the biological product additionally contains oil-oxidizing microorganisms Rhodococcus erythropolis VS-0252 at a weight ratio of 4-12 wt.% of each microorganism and the biological product Sternifag, which is introduced into the suspension of the biological product after bubbling at the rate of 0.05-1.0 g/l of the suspension and stirred until homogeneous suspension, after that the resulting homogeneous suspension of the biological product is introduced into the contaminated environment in the amount of 1-2 l/m2, if the contaminated medium is soil, and in the amount of 100-200 ml/m2, if the contaminated medium is water, while together with a homogeneous suspension of the biological product into the contaminated medium, if the contaminated medium is soil, Aquarin-11 mineral fertilizers are introduced in the form of a suspension with a concentration of 1 g/l by spilling it into the soil at a consumption rate of 1 l per 1 m2 of contaminated soil.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the method for cleaning environmental objects from oil and oil products pollution in the presence of a high concentration of highly condensed aromatic hydrocarbons and in the presence of heavy metal salts.
