FIELD: production of polymeric hose films. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacture of hose films by extrusion and cutting of film into strips and plates. Method comes to separation of folded plates of hose film fed towards cutting tools and cutting of film in longitudinal direction. Cutting tools are arranged with displacement relative to each other. Cutting of one of film plates is provided by cutting tool secured on wedge in form of acute-angled triangle driven into hose to separate film. Second plate of film is cut by tool secured for turning on crossmember at opposite side of wedge. EFFECT: provision of cutting of hose film with displaced edge without stopping of film for setting wedge in operating position. 2 dwg
