FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for processing thermoplastics and can be used in production of polyethylene film by extrusion technique with hose ballooning. In extrusion machine for producing polyethylene film from thermoplastic material granules, core of worm in compression zone is made in the form of truncated cone with base diameter ratio 0.75 to 0.85. Truncated cone faces loading hopper by its minor base. Worm has cylindrical section on its output end, on which spike-like displacement members are chequerwise arranged. Machine is provided with spring-loaded removable carriage to be fixed between pulling and winding units. EFFECT: improved construction. 5 dwg
