FIELD: determination of metrological characteristics of accelerometers. SUBSTANCE: method consists in reproduction of accelerations and in measurement of output signals equal by value but opposite by direction. Values on increment of output signals in accelerometer are used to determine actual position of center of inertia and to enter corrections as result of measurements by formulas given in description of invention. EFFECT: enhanced authenticity of determination of parameters of transfer function of accelerometer and realization of possibility of finding position of center of inertia of sensitive element. 2 tbl
