FIELD: measuring equipment. SUBSTANCE: device comprises capacity converter 1 and electronic converting unit. Converter comprises membrane 3 made integral with supporting base 4, disc 5 attached to supporting base with a preset clearance. Membrane 3 is provided in the center with circular electrode 7 of instrument capacitor while on the planar side of supporting base it has ring-shaped electrode of reference capacitor. Disc 5 carries common electrode 9 at the side of membrane 3. Portions of temperature-sensitive resistor 10 in the form of circular meander are disposed on membrane 3 between circular and ring-shaped electrodes along membrane radius. All elements of the converter are housed in vacuumized casing 11. Capacitor electrodes 7,8,9 and temperature-sensitive resistor are connected with electronic converting unit which comprises a measuring bridge circuit, reference voltage source, shapers of reference and balancing charges, charge-to-voltage converter, fixing element, amplifier, comparator unit, and controllable dividers.
