SUBSTANCE: facility incorporates free gyroscope, platform to carry tested object anchored on axle of outer frame of gyroscope, angle-data transmitter of inner frame of gyroscope connected via amplifier to torque motor of outer frame of gyroscope, turning unit. Center of masses of gyromotor is displaced with reference to axle of suspension of inner frame. Outer frame of gyroscope is fixed on spindle of turning unit.
