FIELD: agricultural engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has stabilized power supply source, common bus and the first output of which is connected to feeding line of logical elements, and the second one is connected via the first key and thermostable ballast resistor to the first outputs of accumulating capacitor, voltage indicator, the first inductor and the first diode cathode which anode is connected to the second output the second output of the first inductor. The second outputs of the accumulating capacitor, voltage indicator, the second and the third keys are connected to the common bus of the stabilized power supply source. Master oscillator is connected with its output to frequency divider input which output are connected to monovibrator input. The monovibrator output is connected to the first AND-gate input and the first delay element input. The first delay element output is connected to the first input of the second AND-gate which output is connected to S-input of RS-trigger. The first input of the RS-trigger is connected to control input of the first key. The device also has the third and the fourth AND-gates having outputs connected to the second and the third keys control inputs, respectively, Numeric input unit is connected with its output to digital indication unit information input. The first outputs of the first coil winding beginning and the second coil winding end of the second inductor are connected to the second output of the first inductor and the second and the third diode cathodes. The second outputs of the first coil winding beginning and the second coil winding end of the second inductor are connected to the second output of the first inductor and the second and the third diode anodes and to the first outputs of the second and the third keys, respectively. The first input of the RS-trigger is connected to the second input of the first AND-gate which output is connected to counting input of digital indication unit, to the first inputs of the third and the fourth AND-gates. The digital indication unit output R-input of RS-trigger. Winding of the first and the second windings of the second inductor are wound as two wires of the same direction.
