FIELD: nonalcoholic industry. SUBSTANCE: method of mineral water processing involves settling of natural water for reduction of arsenic content in it up to 0.7-2.0 mg/cu.dm with the following separation and withdrawal of formed sediment with preparation of mineral water having the following composition, mg/cu. dm: hydrocarbonates, 1100-2300; sulfates, <60; chlorides, 10-210; calcium, 250-500; magnesium, <100; sodium + potassium, 100-300; arsenic, 0.7-2.0; orthoboric acid, 35-70 with total mineralization, 2.0-3.6 g/cu. dm. Used natural water contains, mg/cu.dm: hydrocarbons, 1100-2300; sulfates, <60; chlorides, 10-210; calcium, 250-500; magnesium, <100; sodium + potassium, 110-300; iron oxide, 7.0-12.0; arsenic, 3.7-5.6; orthoboric acid 35-70 at total mineralization, 2.0-4.0 g/cu.dm.
