SUBSTANCE: beverage includes water with mineralization from 0.1 to 1.5 g/cu.dm containing anions of hydrocarbonate in the amount of 35-1000 mg/cu. dm, sodium and potassium cations in the amount of 0.9-400 mg/cu.dm and/or calcium cations in the amount of 9.4-100 mg/cu. dm and/or magnesium cations in the amount of 3.2-100 mg/cu.dm, carbon dioxide and flavor in the amount of 0.19-2.5 kg/100 dal of beverage. Water is additionally contains anions at least one acid residue chosen from group including chloride anions in the amount from 2 to 200 mg/cu.dm, sulfate anions in the amount from 5.6 to 300 mg/cu.dm, fluoride anions in the amount not more 1.2 mg/cu. dm. As flavor, beverage comprises natural aromatizer and/or flavors: "Limon", "Apelsin", "Myata", "Greipfrut", "Yabloko" and "Vishnya". The proposed beverage contains 50-150 kg of saccharose per 100 dal of beverage or sweetener chosen from group including fructose, steviozide, aspartam and their analogs.
