FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: blepharoexpander is placed between the eyelids for their opening and mobilization. An adhesive film with fixed pointer- needle is applied upon the stump's center which corresponds to pupillary projection. Right in front of the orbita a scale is placed being degree-calibrated within 0-90 limits at 5-degree interval. At maximum removal of the eyeball in four main directions a motor stump is also deviated against an extreme position. A pointer located at its surface displaces along the scale and points to a maximum angular degree-expressed deviation of the stump. The method enables to achieve maximally precise, simple and objective estimation of supporting stump mobility. EFFECT: higher efficiency and accuracy of estimation. 2 ex
