FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out splenectomy, prepare unaffected splenic section for autotransplantation into anterior abdominal wall by isolating its lobar artery and vein. Autotransplantation is conducted by applying anastomosis of lobar artery together with surface epigastric artery. Then lobar vein should be anastomosed with large subcutaneous femoral vein crossed, rotated and directed onto anterior abdominal wall. The method enables to provide transplant's circulation by preventing the onset of postsplenectomic hyposplenism syndrome. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 5 dwg, 1 ex
