FIELD: medicine, biology. SUBSTANCE: the innovation deals with development of cell banks. Medium for cryoconservation of splenic cells as a cryoprotector contains low-molecular polyvinylpyrrolidone, as survival components - nutritive medium RPMI-1629, veal embryonic serum and potassium orotate. The suggested medium provides high viability and the absence of splenic cells' adhesion at prolonged storage in a frozen state. It, also, provides the possibility for cellular transplantation without any removal of cryoconservative medium. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
