FIELD: methods of application of powder coatings to surface of objects. SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of objects to which powder coating is to be applied for temporary keeping of powder on surface. Powder is applied to object in the form of a layer which is kept on object until powder by melting and transformation passes to solid state and forms coating layer due to hardening on object surfaces. Powder is prepared so that it has low temperature of melting and softening, mainly, below 100 C, preferably, 60-100 C. Powder includes initiator designed for powder material hardening under effect of electromagnetic radiation. Powder prepared in such a way is heated on object up to temperature of its melting and forming adhesive layer on coated surfaces of object. Then obtained layer is exposed to electromagnetic radiation and to hardening to form coating layer coating the surfaces covered by powder.
