FIELD: varnish-and-paint industry. SUBSTANCE: method consists in relaxation of composition containing low-molecular inert compound to release the latter. For that, one or several basic resins and one or several hardeners for basic resins or one or several self-hardening basic resins and also, if necessary, other conventional varnish components, together or separately, are transferred because of heating into fluid state, low-molecular inert compound, either prior to be combined with other components, or in finally obtained mixture, is dissolved under pressure. Basic resin or hardener is contained in at least one of components. The total is then homogenized and subjected to relaxation on cooling. EFFECT: enabled use of raw materials with considerably different viscosities and enabled preliminary dispersing of pigments and fillers in resin without side reactions, and also enabled use of basic resins and hardeners in the form of excess powdered varnish and excesses of powdered varnish mixtures obtained from pulverization of different compositions.
