Abstract RU 2192620 C2

FIELD: measurement technology; measurement of deformation and stresses on surface of machine elements subjected to cyclic loading. SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in subjecting the metal plate-cathode having polished surface to galvanic copper plating at thickness of 5 to 50 mcm in electrolyte containing CuSO4 and H2SO4. Then, coat thus obtained is removed from plate, heated to temperature of 200 to 1000 C and is kept at this temperature , after which it is quickly cooled in cold water. Then, surface of coat is cleaned from carbon deposit and oxide crust ; then surface of coat is thoroughly polished and cut into separate parts used as sensors. Check is effected by moment of appearance of crystalline lattice dislocation sensor or by moment of forming of specific accumulation of these dislocations, microcracks or cracks. EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity of sensors. 1 dwg
