FIELD: television projection devices. SUBSTANCE: device has electron gun with electron-beam generating cathode, laser screen incorporating laser target of semiconductor plate, focusing system for focusing electron beam onto laser target, deflecting yoke for deflecting this beam, and cooling system for cooling laser target; cathode is essentially connected to ground potential and laser target is placed at high positive potential. Insulating substrate of laser target is used as means isolating the latter from cooling system which makes it possible to place laser target at high positive potential with cooling system grounded.
