SUBSTANCE: device has fan, transducer continuously converting cooling liquid temperature into electric signal and control signal shaper converting difference of transducer voltage and reference voltage into voltage supplied to electric fan. At cooling liquid temperature Tcutin fan is accelerated by electric motor to initial speed nin, and at temperature Tcutout of cooling liquid Tcutout<Tcutin fan is stopped. maximum speed nmax of fan is obtained nmax>nin at temperature T′ of cooling liquid T′>Tcutin and minimum speed nmin of fan nmin<nin is obtained at temperature Tcutout. At temperature internal from Tcutout to T′ speed of fan is monotonously increasing continuous function of cooling liquid temperature. EFFECT: materially reduced power consumption of fan, noise level and irregularity of current and mechanical loads created by fan, reduced number of fan ON and OFF makings, prevention of discharge of storage battery at idle running. 13 cl, 2 dwg
