Motor driven fan varies fan rpm directly proportional to temperature variation and subject to temperature variation rate at maximum rpm of both pump and fan. Fan rpm variation is subjected to forced changing in both amplitude and frequency by random law. Besides, motor-driven fan rpm at maximum rpm of both fan and pump rpm variation is subjected to forced changing in both amplitude and frequency by random law.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of cooling system.
