FIELD: mechanical engineering; gas turbines. SUBSTANCE: method of operation of gas turbine plant includes isobaric combustion of fuel with air, ejecting of gaseous combustion products by steam with production of steam-gas working medium, expansion of said medium and execution of work. Steam is obtained from high pressure water by heating it with heat liberated at expansion of working medium. Then water condensed from cooled working medium is separated and high pressure water is obtained by force feeding of separated water and combustion products are discharged. In process of ejection, amount of steam is maintained within 0.25 and 0.5 of mass flow rate of steam-gas working medium. Prior to ejecting, temperatures of combustion products and steam are levelled up. Pressures of combustion products and steam are chosen to provide sonic or supersonic regime of steam efflux at ejecting. Separated water is delivered at pressure required for producing steam whose temperature is equal to temperature of expanded working medium. EFFECT: increased efficiency. 1 dwg
