FIELD: thorough dehydration of natural or artificial gas. SUBSTANCE: method includes two-stage rectification of saturated absorbent, its subsequent supply to absorber in two flows different in volume and concentration. In this case, high-concentration absorbent is produced as upper product of the second rectification stage, noncondensed vapors are returned to zone of supply of the first rectification stage, and residue is withdrawn in the form of lower product. Quantity of high-concentration absorbent is determined proceeding from its saturation in absorber section of final gas dehydration not below the concentration of absorbent of the first rectification stage. Rectification of the first stage absorbent is carried out at atmospheric pressure, and rectification of the second stage absorbent is carried out under vacuum. Saturated absorbent before regeneration is separated into two flows. Smaller flow is directed as coolant to reflux condenser of the second rectification stage, after which it is returned to the first rectification stage as raw material. One part of noncondensed vapors of the second rectification stage is used for blowing off light components from residue. EFFECT: prolonged service life of equipment by a factor of two. 4 cl, 1 dwg
