FIELD: antenna drives. SUBSTANCE: opening or closing hinged cover or pushing start- or end-of-session key sends command to control device for pull-out or retraction of antenna and controls motor by means of intermittent supply of motor control signal for setting motor in clockwise or counter- clockwise rotation during preset time interval required to pull out or retract the antenna. If blocking force is applied to antenna during motor running, control device repeatedly interrupts control signal transmission to motor for preset time interval and then resumes signal transmission. Rotating force is imparted to transfer unit built integral with motor which pulls out or retracts the antenna. In addition one more fastening member is provided to attach motor and transfer unit to antenna dome that functions to damp motor vibrations and outside impacts transmitted to motor and transfer unit through antenna. EFFECT: minimized power requirement, reduced size, and improved protection against damage. 28 cl, 24 dwg
