FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves setting fractured bone fragments after administering preliminary anesthesia. Metal wires are introduced on both sides from fracture plane 1.5 cm far into depth equal to mandible body height. A wire is introduced vertically or at an angle into medial splinter. When introducing a wire into retromolar triangle, the depth is equal to 2-2.5 cm at an angle to occlusion surface in the direction towards the jaw angle. The wires are bent to meet each other and fixed with ligature wires and covering with roller manufactured from quickly hardening plastic material. EFFECT: stable fixation; prevented complication occurrence. 2 dwg
