FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: anesthesia is carried out. Reposition of fragments is performed. Wire dental anchor splints are applied. At lower- type fractures the needle is inserted into posterior incline of zygomaticoalveolar crest into the body of zygoma upwards and outwards at 1.5 cm depth. At middle-type fractures the needle is inserted into area of medial incline of zygomaticoalveolar crest at the border of angular protrusion of zygoma upwards and outwards at 1.5 cm depth. In mouth cavity needles are curved along the pathway of zygomaticoalveolar crest and further rectangularly according to the form of superior dentalmaxillary arch. Needles should be fixed with ligature wire either to a splint or teeth. The method enables to increase the stability of fixation, decrease traumaticity level and provide the possibility for mouth cavity hygiene. EFFECT: higher efficiency of fixation. 2 dwg, 1 ex
